Completion of diagnostic followed by 1:1 coaching session to feedback results and to identify leadership development priorities

Alignment session
Key meeting facilitated by the coach between participant & line manger to align expectations, clarify roles and identify a workplace change challenge

3-day immersive leadership experience
Hands on leadership development in an inspiring location which will accelerate leadership capability through an intensive and personalised experience. Building in exploration, dialogue, live projects, reflection, feedback, in-action coaching, latest leadership concepts, skills build and learning transfer planning

Toolbox
Access to tools, frameworks and guides to transfer learning and build team capability

Momentum session
In work 1:1 coaching session that supports leaders to embed new behaviours and overcome resistance and immunity to change.
