Mike is an executive coach with a specialism around leadership impact. Over the past 25 years he has worked with thousands of leaders; supporting and challenging them to be the best they can be.

A qualified and accredited coach and seasoned facilitator, he creates a special environment where people are able to access the vulnerability required to learn and grow.

Mike also has extensive business experience as a HR and L&D practitioner working for a range of multinational organisations. He loves being outside in awe inspiring natural beauty and with his two sons.
Duncan Lydon

Duncan is a leadership development specialist, creating impactful solutions for thousands of leaders over 22 years.

He is a qualified change management practitioner, facilitator and coach. He understands the critical role of leadership from several years as a business leader in a global consultancy, managing business units and teams. Duncan has extensive global business experience, through living and working in different Countries around the world.

He is a passionate adventurer, mostly in the mountains, but also through building houses and being a parent.
